I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants!

Excel Never Ends

Some may say the best thing to come out of Excel+AI this month is the Copilot in Excel release; but I reckon it’s Sam Ngo’s smash hit “Excel Never Ends

Seriously, go give it a listen; it was the lyrics that killed me with laughter

Excel usually makes me want to cry because I’ve been scarred for life as someone who painfully learnt Excel one function at a time through the help files so that she could:

  • Build calculation engines to pay broker commissions for complex financial products,

  • Prototype trading engines and risk models before they got built into commercial product platforms that investment banks used, and

  • Run entire strategic workforce planning exercises for organisations to help them re-plan and re-prioritise their change portfolios

But this, this made me laugh

Want to change the culture of your workplace so you laugh more than you cry?

Let’s work on this together. Here are three ways:

  • Influencing for Impact: This practical 2-day workshop is for you if you want to influence a decision maker, influence a change in customer or colleague behaviour, or influence someone to buy something from you

  • Executive and Leadership Team Coaching: Work directly with Lai-Ling to problem solve for your specific situation in a confidential setting. This is for you if you want to develop and execute on a game plan that is 100% tailored to you

  • Leadership Development: Invest in the product and transformation leaders in your company with leadership development that is customised for their role. This is for you if you want your people to learn about people and politics
