She helps General Managers in Product and Transformation turn around multi-year, multi-million-dollar investment programs and get their products out to market faster by teaching them how to deal with the people and politics that come with their jobs. Lai-Ling holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
